Made to your measurements. A voluntary 24-hour amendment or cancellation window begins with our written order confirmation; no manufacturing order is released during it. After that window, the made-to-specification exemption from the statutory 14-day cancellation right applies. Statutory remedies for goods which are faulty, misdescribed or delivered late are not affected. Covered by our guarantee — see the guarantee terms.
